I wouldn't think we're talking about a service provider here. I don't think a service provider could move a message into your personal Spam folder. The service provider could be doing something like adding "spam:" to the subject line though. Is that happening in this case?

I would think your best options are to move the message out of your spam folder, say into your in box. or marking it as not spam. Either of these actions should train Gmail that these messages are not spam.

This is often a service provider issue and them setting their spam filters
too sensitive. There is also an offered solution about adding all the
names into contacts so it can be seen you accept those senders, but that is
too much to have to do.

I'm not sure how you would address the spam filter issue at the server end,
especially from your iDevice.

Subject: A Frustration with Gmail

I asked this question a few weeks ago, but never got an answer. So I'm going
to try it again. :-)

Many of the messages from this list go into my Gmail spam folder. I have
never knowingly labeled any message from anyone on this group as spam, and I
wondering what I can do to get all of them to show up in my inbox.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated, as this is becoming quite
annoying. Thanks.

Keith
