Hello, I know that you made reference to BrailleTouch and an update to have access to contracted braille. I want to let you know that MBraille has just been release and is in the app store. The app support contracted and uncontracted braille. One can text, tweet, Facebook, email, and set appointments directly from the app. You can preview what you have wiritten by characters, words, and sentences. Editing is available to copy, cut, or paste text. You can set appointments with alarms. Currently, MBraille support 6 languages, with more languages to be supported in the future. As a tester of this app, it has been a pleasure to be able to create text, edit, and increase my speed in performing these tasks with confidence. I am sure that you will enjoy the app as much as I have so far. You can download the free version and take it for a test drive before purchasing the full version. HTH.
