Moving an app into the dock is the same as moving an app anywhere. Double tap and hold until you hear moving and the app's name. Now slide your finger down until you hear a tone. Continue to hold your finger there until you hear app in dock position and then whatever position it is in. Remember the dock can only hold four apps, so you may need to move an app out of the dock to make room. Hope this helps.
