Below is the reply I received from Sparkling Apps, the developers of Talking Goggles. The problem is not on their end, but it has to do with what seems to be turning into open warfare between Apple and Google. Apparently Talking Goggles used Google in some way, but you all can read the message. If I hear back from the developer regarding a solution I'll post it.
