Hi Tom, If you don't have the sidebar up, go to the View menu and choose Show Sidebar, or press Command-Option-S on a Mac; I think the command is Control-S in Windows. If you use a Mac, interact with the sidebar. Find Podcasts, and press the Context menu key, which is VO-Shift-M on a Mac, context key or Shift-F10 in Windows. The first choice is Export; press Enter on this choice. a Save As box comes up; use it to choose the filename and where you want to save the file.
Once you have the file, email it to yourself and then check mail on your iPHone. Double-tap on the attachment, and choose to open it in Downcast.
