I've been following this topic with interest. A couple of comments: 1. If you feel strongly about the lack of a trial version before purchase, make your statement by simply not purchasing the product. 2. Whether the app is too expensive or not, may indeed be an interesting issue to ponder; but the fact is, that they own the product as well as the business plan, we don't. So let's grow up and allow others to have the freedom to run their business as they wish. In the end, product demand will prevail. I could say a lot more about these types of issues but I've probably said enough. Cheers. Also, if somebody is not in a hurry and needs it right now they could watch for an iTunes promotion and buy a couple of $50 and $15 gift cards at 20% off in which case they would only pay $104 for 3 years of Seeing Eye usage or $2.89 a months. Anyhow, $2.89 or $3.61, I guess the extra 72 Cents a month aren't going to hurt anybody and many people including probably quite a few probably spend more on their cup of Starbuck's coffee every day.
