That's their stock reply. They may fix it in the next update but sense they just did an update, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting. Even when the next version comes out, it could be fixed or made worse so it's 50/50. I like the app because they access the neighborhood network stations. We have one at the end of our block in the elementary school so I can't get any closer. To give you an idea of how close it is, when the kids are playing on the playground I can hear them from my yard.
