When you set up the new iPhone choose to restore from a backup. Choose
the most recent backup and it will do the rest.

put in my apple user ID and password and tell my phone to back up from
the cloud and have all of my settings and apps back that I had from
before I briefly left the IOS platform.
Or what all do I need to do to get all of my stuff back and folders back
the way there where like on my old iPhone?
