If your headset/earpiece does not support the A2DP profile, VoiceOver and VO related sounds will not work on it. If the Bluetooth headset supports A2DP profile, VO and VO related sounds will work automatically. In other words, if it does not work out-of-the-box, it will not work at all. The only thing you can do is acquire a Bluetooth headset which supports A2DP profile. Fortunately, a very large number support this profile.
