Hi Tylor, Searching for "Call Recorder Free" does not produce an exact match, but 30 matches which are all call recorders of some type. It always helps that if you mention an app to provide the app store link or at least the name of the developer, often it's better not to post something generic which only results in a lot of people asking for this information because nobody can find it especially if it is something like "Call Recorder" which is not a very unique name.
In any case and for your information, Apple does not allow apps that can record calls natively on the iPhone. There are a few recording apps such as List Recorder where you can start a recording, then place a phone call and if you put the call on speaker it will record the conversation. I bet that if Apple realized that an app slipped through with that capability they would probably ask the developer to change it. If you read the descriptions of most of these so-called call recorders, you find out that they usually work by placing a third call to a server where you previously had to set up an account and now your existing call to somebody can be merged like a 3-way call and the server will record the conversation, but a warning message or tone will be played every so often to indicate that the call is being recorded. Many countries and states have specific laws which make it illegal to record a call without letting the other party know. Many of these apps/services have maybe a free trial period and after that is over you have to pay a subscription if you want to have the ability to record calls.
