Hi, Sandy. If I may ask, can you unzip a file in one of the zip packages for the iPhone and then try to open the contents in VoiceDream Reader? The point is to determine that the reader is failing at the decompression/import stage or at the stage of actually loading the book contents. Before doing so, however, you may want to be sure the file is a Daisy book. As I understand it, and I would appreciate correction if I'm wrong, VoiceDream Reader can only open ZIP files in which text-based Daisy books live. If you are using such a file, try renaming it to .daisy and accessing it, once more, with VDR. Sometimes the .daisy extension works when the .zip extension doesn't. Aman
