This kind of thing has happened to me once or twice. First, make sure that
you are using a WIFI connection, and are receiving a good signal, i. e. 3 of
3 bars. If you still can't complete the download, delete and reinstall the
app as if it were new.

I am experiencing a very strange issue. The App Store shows that Twitter
needs to be updated. However, when I put the update all button, it says it
is installing but nothing else happens. I have reset the phone twice, and I
have triple check my wireless connection.
