Actually it did work quite well the first day I tried it- perhaps because my cat has a white face and large eyes- pretty human like. I am not sure why it was not responding on the second attempt- but probably operator trouble :( BTW, several photos of my cat turned out well and one is outstanding and is now my wallpaper. Thanks for providing this info- I will keep it in mind when it doesn't seem to be working as I expect.
