Many years ago I needed to be able to count seconds for radio
production. A sighted friend, who did color photographic processing
recommended a simple digital metronome. Set at 60 BPS it worked well for
the several years I had that job.
Sometimes the simple solutions are the best.

Good Morning!
I have a Concept II Rowing Machine which I work out on every day. I have used
the timer built in to iOS, as well as a stand alone timer that I have, but what
I'm really looking for is something that will give me a beat at every second so
that I can keep my stroking rate even and at a certain speed. I suppose it
could even be a metronome if it were accessible and easy to use. Any
suggestions? Thanks!
