I am either dictating or using a blue-tooth keyboard on the phone.  I read
Braille but none of these products where you can supposedly braille in the
screen appeal to me.  
I am a faster typist than I am a braillist these days, although it used to
not be that way.  Spending 8 to 10 hours a day at the keyboard means I am
one fast typist, so it works for me.  
Onscreen keyboard is usable but slow.

Just a thought but MBraille allows you to kind of update your status at the
same time just put fb and tweet on separate lines including the period
before both commands.
