Hi Sherry. A GPS app that does all you asked for is the Seeing Eye GPS app from Sendero. It's not the cheapest app out there, but it does all you asked for in one app. I've used it successfully to get from home to some stores in walking distance. This is fine for me to get there, I could have done this without the app. Where I have the problem is getting home. I have to cross a parking lot and find the street to cross to head home. It's a cul de sac, ending at the street where I cross to get to it, and it's hard for me to find it. With the Seeing Eye app, I found it with no problem.
To find the app, go into the app store on your iPhone, or use iTunes on your computer and search for Seeing Eye. Hope this is useful. Oh yeah, the app is supposed to have an update coming out soon.
