Not something like TapTapSee which will identify a product but not read it's label. There are others such as Talking Goggles that can somewhat do this if you have the time and determination to sit there until it reads a label little by little. Go ahead and install it on your device as it is easy to use. ...Oh wait, after re-reading your message... No, it won't read TV menus, but "there is an app for that."
