If you visit www.google.com/accounts and login with your Gmail
credentials, there is a security section where you can configure which
third-party apps and services are authorized to access your Google
account. Mailbox will be one of them, because when you set it up you
will have given it permission to access your Gmail account. Likewise
if you login to Dropbox.com, you can visit your app settings to unlink
Mailbox from your Dropbox account so it doesn't have permission to
access or save files to your Dropbox. If you've used other apps such
as AccessNote or the Dropvox recording app, they'll be listed there as
well. Let me know if you need some more specific directions.
