Save your money. Get the Anna Dresner and Dean Martineau book from
National Braille Press, comes in lots of different media formats, not
just braille. Skip all the junk about the phone, everything else is
the same, or nearly so as not to matter a great deal. After you go
through the book and decide you want more training, then your money
will be well spent.
