Yes Blind Square does that. It apparently bases the measurement on gps tracking. I would love to believe it is accurate since it tells me I've walked a little over a mile on my daily constitutional when my other pedometers said it was only .8 miles. I do consider it to be one of the nicer features about Blind Square though.
