Hi Mike, If you are asking whether you can transfer your iTunes library to a new computer and sync your iPhone then the answer is Yes. However, syncing to more than one computer/iTunes library on a regular bases is not really supported and requires some work-arounds which I am not entirely familiar with. The following link is to an article on iLounge which I found was quite interesting and it hopefully will help you to understand how iTunes libries work and how you can transfer your iTunes library to a new computer. It's a long article and transferring to a new computer is only one part of the article which also describes how iTunes handles your files, anyhow, I had a fairly good understanding about this, but still found I picked up some information from this article:

Hi Thanks for your reply. But when you said you can sync your device with as many computers as you own, were you referring to syncing with iTunes or iCloud? I am syncing with iTunes, and when I told iTunes to sync, I Got the following warning, from which I ran away quickly. The iPhone "Mike's iPhone" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes So back to my question, can an iPhone be synced to the original iTunes library on another computer? You can only sync your device with 1 account but you can sync your device with as many computers as you own. I have my iPhone 4 syncing with my XP Netbook and my Windows 7 Laptop. I use my iTunes accountwhere my iPhone 4 is regestered. ------- Regards, Alan Go Chicago Bears in 2013! Teenagers; Tired of being harassed by your stupid parents? Act now!!!!! Move out. Get a job.
