The other day I posted a note regarding the updating of apps which would not, I
suggested the possibility of uninstalling the app and re-installing it. This
will work, however it is just a bit cumbersome. Yesterday I went in to the
updates section of the app store and found several of my apps had become stuck
in the update process. Rather than uninstall them, I went to the specific app
and attempted to open it up on the phone. I received a message "unable to
download at this time" or something to that effect, then there was an "ok" box
which I tapped on. Then I re-attempted to open the app again and it completed
it's upgrade with no problems. I believe this works, because I did repeat this
process with nearly half a dozen apps.
