It was explained in the original podcast that this feature would be difficult 
to incorporate in the app and would delay the apps release. 
I have put a link to the bard website on my iPhone's home screen and find it 
extremely easy to add books to my wish list. It is only one small extra step, 
which will result in the best reading experience possible... And all for free.
