I also listened to the Giants game without a problem.
And I am also a Verizon customer as well as an audio pass subscriber.
To start listening to a game:
* Double tap the menu button in the top left corner.
* Right flick to teams, and double tap.
* Right flick to the team you want to listen to, the Giants in this case,
and double tap on the team name.
* Now right flick until you get to game center, and double tap.
* Now toward the bottom of the screen will be a live audio button, double
tap it.
* If the audio does not automatically start playing, then go back up to the
top of the screen, and right flick until you get to the play button and
double tap it.
To change the team audio feed you are listening to:
* just right flick on that screen past the play and stop buttons, and you
will come to a source button.
* double tap the source button. Now right flick and you should hear away,
double tap it to hear the away team audio feed, and if you want the home
team audio feed, just left flick backand you should come to it.
I have listened to several games, and have not had a problem starting an
audio feed yet.
I even listened to a little of a game this last Sunday away from home using
my cell data, and did not have a problem.
