Hi Victor, I also have this app and it's still on my iPhone after upgrading to iOS 7. I also went into the app store on the iPhone just now and searched for "Filer" and then double tapped on the search button at the bottom right of the keyboard. The first search result was Filer Lite, the second was Filer and it had the "Open" button instead of the Download button since it is on my phone.
I know this may not necessarily help you, but I thought I let you know that on my phone it all is as expected. Make sure you double tap search after typing in the word Filer, sometimes reviewing just the list of narrowed down search results will not give you all the apps you find if you double tap on the search button.
