I have downloaded a book and a magazine .. and they are working correctly
... however I downloaded the current issue of Sports Illustrated .. and it
tells me that it's protected material .. and doesn't read anything ...
Any one have a clue?

I too downloaded lots of books and kept them on my VR Stream so I could go
from book to book without having to always be downloading them on my
computer.
But with the BARD app, with the wish list, there is no need of downloading
but only what you are currently reading or listening too.
My plan is adding books to my wish list as I come across them on the BARD
site, and only downloading them to my device when I am ready to read them.
This makes sure any future books are waiting for me on my wish list, and
not
taking up valuable space on my device!
For example, I only downloaded two books today, the book I am currently
reading, and the book I plan on starting once I am done this one.
Again, being able to browse the BARD site from directly in the app, and
add
books to my wish list is an awesome thing!
No computer needed, no SD cards needed, thank you BARD!!

I absolutely love the app!! I think the library did an awesome job, and

can tell they put a lot of thought into it!
And just as mentioned previously, you are able to browse the BARD site
right
from within the app itself!
In the Get Books tab, just flick to browse and double tap. You will be
put
right on the Main page of the BARD site!
You can then search for whatever book or magazine you would like.
True, you can not download books while browsing, but just add them to your
wish list while browsing, then when you are done, just go to your wish
list
and download whatever book you want.
I do hope they introduce control gestures for playback in the future
releases, but for the first release, totally awesome job!!
I do plan on contacting BARD and just saying thank you for the app, and
letting them know the great job they did.
Sometimes I think we should just take a moment and show our appreciation
for
all of the time and effort that was put into something. We can always
find
improvements that might be made, but a simple thank you and great job
should
never be forgotten!
My hat is off to NLS for a job well done!
