The virtual keyboard is the keyboard that pops up on the lower part of
your touch screen after you double tap in the search edit field. The
search or go button is on the right hand side, right below the delete
button. It's sometimes labeled as "go".
My understanding is that this performs an actual search, so you're more
likely to find what you're looking for then just looking in the
suggestion list, which appears under the search edit field once you
start typing.
