Hi Kimmie, I just read your message once again. I think you should go back into the rotor and select Punctuation. You can now use the rotor to select punctuation then swipe down to your preferred setting. Don't forget to switch the rotor back to characters as this setting tends to prevent one from screwing up settings. Joseph
