i just found out about this thread and this topic that is very interesting!
in had been diagnosed as partially blind and legally blind by authorities 
in the UK
unfortunately i have lost this documentation
do you know if i can apply and get a new one so i can make use of the 
option in the apple stores?
obviously apple store will need some for of proof for the exclusion of the 
vat
