Hi, Lelia. First let me say that I changed the subject to spell iTunes correctly. Sorry if that's being overly pedantic but even though sometimes I feel iTunes is cartoonish, I thought we should get the spelling right.
To add individual songs to a playlist, I'll tell you how I do it. I'm sure there is more than one way but I do if this way from within iTunes: 1. Put focus on music in the iTunes sidebar. 2. Use the Search Music box in the upper right corner to get the tracks listed I want to add to the playlist. 3. Highlight those listed tracks in the main window that you want to add to a playlist and press ctrl + F10 to bring up the context menu. 4. From the context menu, you can select either New playlist from selection to create a playlist on the fly or Add to playlist which will present your list of existing playlists from which to choose.
