Hi, before you do your iced tunes back up to your PC don't forget to transfer 
your purchases from your iPhone. Before you do the backup iTunes will tell you 
that you have apps that have not been transferred from your iPhone it actually 
says purchases. Do this before the back up, and all of your apps will be there 
and will be downloaded to your phone once you have once you were ready to 
restore from the backup. God bless, Wren
