Hi Desi, These remaining songs maybe songs which weren't "matched". As far as I know songs which are in your library and which match with what iTunes has are not actually uploaded. They are simply made available via your iCloud/iTuns Match account. Only songs which iTunes doesn't offer, maybe small local bands which put out a CD that is not for sale on iTunes are actually uploaded to your iCloud account.
