I didn't see this problem Sunday morning, but I did see it myself later in the day. Others on this list have also reported the same problem during the weekend, so others are definitely having the same problem. I suspect that the server used to handle requests coming in from the mobile app needs some TLC, which it may not get until the government shutdown ends.
