Hi, I don't know if YouPlayer will do exactly what you want, but for my purposes it does very well and it is very accessible. I think people are also using the "official" YouTube app, but I like YouPlayer better. Below is the app store link and a link to a Podcast on Applevis:

Here is what it says for the What's New (it was updated on September 16): . All new design for iOS 7. . Design tweaks for iOS 6. . If you have more than one channel attached to your account you will now be asked which you wish to use when logging in. . Video history is now synced with iCloud. . Favorites are now synced with iCloud if you aren't logged in to YouTube.
