Hi Ann, I did a Google search for Tubeacco and one result I found from a site called App Shopper stated that as of I think it was July of 2012 this app was pulled from the app store.
I did find a link for the app on the developer's website (see below): http://www.rubbledev.com/tubeacco Interestingly enough if you just go to www.RubbleDev.com there seems to be no link to it. There is also no Contact Us link, but when I put in www.RubbleDev.com/contact a message was displayed that they were updating the site and a Contact Us form would be back up soon. In the meantime I guess if you use Facebook or Twitter you could try and contact them that way, but if the app was pulled over a year ago and has not come back I assume the developer gave up on it.
