Hello, Yes, you can change your account card from the phone. Here is how I do it:
1. Open the app store from the home page. 2. at the bottom, tap on features tab. 3. I use a 4 finger tap to bring focus to the bottom of the screen and then flick from right to left until I hear "apple ID and my name." Tap on that. 4. Tap on "view my account. 5. You will be asked for your password. 6. The next screen will be a button labeled "payment." Tap on it. Now you just need to change the credit card info. I just did this recently. You will receive an email confirming if you were the one that made the change from Apple. HTH.
