Hi folks, I am a brand new IPhone user with a spiffy new IPhone 5s running IOS 7.0.2 11A501. Up until today, I was able to pause the playback of an Audible.com book, with a two-finger double-tap, even if the screen was locked. OK, if it was completely locked, I might have to hit the home button, then double tap, but I wouldn't have to unlock the phone first.
I was even trying to help someone who was reporting this issue, but thought they were just doing something wrong. Then, all of a sudden, today, after a phone reboot, my phone began the same behavior. I can no longer pause the playback of my book, (an audible.com book), once the phone has locked. I must unlock the phone, then do the two-finger double tap. Again, this was not the case for the last two weeks, but just started happening today. Am I missing something or has there been a change? Speaking of which, I couldn't seem to find anywhere that tells me the last time the OS updated. I can see the version, but didn't see a date / timestamp anywhere. Thanks much.
