I don't follow. VDR supports reading with VO in the same way that iBooks does. You can see the page of text being read, and navigate it using the rotor. The main differences I've found between VDR and Read2Go are that the former is cheaper and offers many more voices, plus more import and sort options, while the latter support Daisy audio files and *may* have better low vision settings, I don't know for sure.
