I'm not sure what accessibility bugs you're referring to.
The most frustrating bug I deal with in IOS 7 is that my focus in
Feeddler jumps to the top of the page every few minutes, making it hard
to get through my news feeds. This bug was not fixed in IOS 7.0.3.

It is downloadable with your phone as well through the usual way. I have now
