Hello Everyone,

Actually, this has been there since the iOS 7 Beta phase. A number of people
have reported ever since the release of the iOS 7.0. This is unfortunate for
those that haven't had this issue until now. Yes, I agree it is quite
annoying.

Be sure to report this to the Apple Accessibility Team so this can be fixed.
I have already reported it but the more people report this the more likely
it will not be push to the bottom of the stack to fix.
