I have never had any problem with Sprint. I have been with them for almost 2 years. Customer service is good, and they even went so far as to lend me a booster for my signal when I had many days with only 1 bar. I have only 3G so far but the company says it is trying to upgrade. Will upgrade my phone in December so can say nothing about how that aspect goes. Hope this helps a little. Overall I am pleased, even with some glitches.
