Using blind square with a navigation app works well. I typically use
blind square and let that run in the background and use google maps or
motionx GPS for guidance.

Hi all,
For those who find yourselves running more than one GPS app at once,
I'm wondering about a couple of things.
• Do you run more than one app so you can easily switch between them or
do you run more than one app because you want one to run completely in
the background, or for some other reason? I.E. Perhaps one gives you
some background functionality that the other does not?
• What are your favorite apps to run together?
• what features / functions of the above apps do you find that
complement each other nicely? I.E. Does one app announce cross streets
whereas another app announces POIs? etc.
