I’m a Sprint customer and get it for free. I couldn’t really get around it well. As you mentioned, lot’s of unlabeled buttons and general inaccessibility. I submitted feedback through the app and followed up with an email reply to their auto generated response with the standard faq’s on how to resolve issues.
