well, yes and no. I noticed the same thing, even though the high quality voice
of siri that I have now, sound better than when I restored my iPhone, but still
it is a poor voice, if I compare it with voice over quality. But yes, it, the
siri voice sound better now than when I just restored my iPhone. But would be
grate that voice over and siri uses the same voice.

Actually, that isn’t exactly true. When I used Siri for the first time, yes,
I got the horrible quality Siri voice. But when I plugged in my 4S to my Mac
and used Siri again, I noticed that it downloaded a higher quality version of
the male and female Siri voices. So I don’t know. Maybe it depends on whether
or not you use a Mac, I’m just guessing here.
