Hello, I am not Raul, but did you also email, viphone+ow...@googlegroups.com ? I think then if let's say, somebody is busy or taking vacations, another moderator/owner can solve your problem? Note.... I am not saying he is busy or not or he is on vacation or not, just saying that you might get quicker response on this email as if one mod is not available, another will jum in to help?
