Hi, First, anything you buy from Audible stays on their server, so you can download it at any time. When you've read a book and delete it from your device, it stays on their server so if you want to download it and read it again later, it will be there. When you subscribe, you get credits that you use toward the purchase of a book. I do the Gold membership, which is $150 for 12 credits. That way, I can download books whenever I want. Most books with a price of $45 or less cost 1 credit. Some books in that price range cost 2 credits and ones above that almost always cost 2 credits. It comes out to about $12.50 per credit. You can carry up to six credits into the next year. I think there is a limit how many months you can carry those credits, but I don't remember what that is.
