The developer said that Lire uses the Twitter sharing functionality built into iOS itself. So, as long as you have Twitter enabled and activated on your phone (settings > Twitter), you should not have any problems. He also said that, if you can't get it to work, you can log out of Twitter from Settings, then log back in. If that fails, remove Lire, but remember that doing so will erase all your subscriptions.
