Hopefully, your replacement experience will be as easy as mine. I had to have my phone replaced the week the 5s and IOS 7 were released. Without a scheduled appointment, I was seen within 20 min. After telling the person at the genius bar the problem, I signed my nametwice and was on my way within 15 min. It really was quite painless. I thought for sure it was going to be chaos going in the Apple Store that week.
