I have heard that some batches of the bluetooth models had connectivity and
microphone issues, so Annie may have gotten a lemon. Annie, I'm not minimizing
your experience at all, and I strongly suggest you investigate a replacement or
refund. I only mention this to point out that there are known problems with
some of the line, but others work perfectly. Bluetooth connectivity problems
are not, to my knowledge, an across-the-board issue. I very much wish I could
add my personal experience to this discussion, but until I can come up with
$100 i don't need, I'm Aftershokz-less. <smile>
