Hi Eileen, Just purchase the Paprika Recipe Manager for iPhone app through iTunes on your computer. Then when you try to download it on your iOS device you'll be given the option of downloading the last version of the app that is compatible with your version of iOS (6.0.2), and this will also be accessible since Paprika has had good support for VoiceOver for quite a while. You can also "buy" any other iOS 7 apps using iTunes on your computer this way (like the Radium ~ Perfect Internet Radio app by CatPig Studios that is still a free app), although the earlier Radium app that is compatible with iOS 6 is their first release, that has accessibility problems that were only recently fixed.
